Beef Teriyaki Stir Fry

Ingredients

1 x 420g can Hertford Roast Beef with Gravy
2 Cups broccoli (fresh or frozen)
1/2 Cup teriyaki sauce (choose your favourite)
1 Cup sugar snap peas
510g can water chestnuts, drained
Hot, cooked rice

Directions

1. Combine Hertford Roast Beef with Gravy, broccoli, and Teriyaki sauce in a wok or skillet and sauté on high for 3 minutes.

2. Add sugar snap peas and water chestnuts and sauté for a further 2 minutes or until vegetables are cooked to desired tenderness.

3. Serve over rice.
